My name is Lindsay Juarez.

In 2014 I graduated from Heritage College with an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies of Massage Therapy.
In 2016 I became Certified in Myoskeletal Alignment.
In 2017 I began teaching massage with Central Oklahoma College
In 2018 & 2019 I took Tarot trainings with Lindsay Mack of Wild Soul Tarot
In 2020 I became a 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor
In 2021 I became a Certified Transformation Life Coach, specializing in Embodiment
In 2021 I became Certified in Traditional Thai Bodywork, both level 1 & level 2
In 2023 I became a 500 hr Certified Yoga Instructor

Hi I’m Kylynn McDermott, 

I graduated from Central Oklahoma College in 2022 and started practicing as a licensed massage therapist January of 2023 with Mindful Massage & Bodywork. 

My intention is to create a space where my clients feel their time is honored with focus specifically on them and their goals for the session. Together we will find the healing that your body needs and the mind will follow.
