Hi there! My name is Jay!
I am a Massage Therapist here in Oklahoma. My goal is to work with clients on their holistic healthcare goals and to help bring peace with their mind & body. My main passions range from geriatrics, post trauma care, and deep tissue. On my off time, you’ll find me reading, somewhere in nature with my shoes off, listening to music.
I have 750 hours through Central Oklahoma College and received my license in 2022! I had the pleasure of training closely with Lindsay Juarez in and out of school, as she is a dear mentor and friend of mine. I am so blessed to work with her!

You can find me all over the map! I currently work at my own practice in Southeast Moore, and at Advanced Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic in Midwest City. The clinic experience has been wonderful at retaining the healthcare focus in my practice.
I am also continuing my adventure in the holistic realm by working on a 200-hour functional yoga certificate and will also bring Thai bodywork to my practice by the end of 2024! Stay tuned, and I am so excited to work with you! 🤍
