My name is Lindsay Juarez.
In 2014 I graduated from Heritage College with an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies of Massage Therapy.
In 2016 I became Certified in Myoskeletal Alignment, where I was trained in relieving nerve compression issues (carpal tunnel, sciatica, tennis elbow, etc).
In 2017 I began teaching massage with Central Oklahoma College.
In 2018 I took Tarot training with Lindsay Mack of Wild Soul Tarot.
In 2019 I took another Tarot training with Lindsay Mack.
In 2020 I attended Spirit House Yoga Teacher Training, and completed 200+ hours of training through them to be a Certified Yoga Instructor.
In 2021 I started a Life Coaching Program with Transformation Coaching Academy, where I plan to niche in Embodiment.
In 2021 I became Certified in Traditional Thai Bodywork.
My mission is to bring you body awareness to help you heal on a mind, body, and soul level!
